30 days to change your mind

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will confirm the return address before you ship anything back — items sent back without approval cannot be refunded.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
• Original shipping charges and add-on fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your float arrives damaged, faulty or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

30-Day Splash Guarantee add-on

If you added the 30-Day Splash Guarantee at checkout, we will send a free replacement for accidental punctures or leaks within 30 days of delivery — no return shipping needed.

Shipping Protection add-on

Shipping Protection covers parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Report the issue within 30 days of the last tracking update and we will replace the order free of charge.
