Free shipping over $50

Orders over $50 ship free with tracking. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Busy seasons, customs checks and remote addresses can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take a couple of days to start updating.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the postage.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
